Current Site Bond Team Focus

  • We are offering double points for our hashtag competition to anyone that posts a personal
    picture. Ideas include: a family photo in front of a Measure A yard sign, a photo of you
    holding your ballot that is marked Yes on A, family Halloween photos, etc.
  • We are tracking the number of ballots that have been received by Fresno County. As of yesterday, they have received 43% of the CUSD area ballots.

  • Meet with your Site Bond Team to get your social media plan in place for the week – see potential “cut and paste” posts below

  • We received the results from our tracking poll.  It’s going to be close!  Get out there and spread the word.  Only 11 days to go!
  • We are using the results from our tracking poll to get very strategic with our messaging.  We will start to see mailers specifically addressing senior citizens, homeowners, and democrats.
  • Strategic mailers are being sent to homeowners and retirees

  • We are waiting for the results of our tracking poll.  We are randomly polling 300 people to determine if any mid-campaign adjustments need to be made to our strategy.
  • Radio ads have started featuring Margaret Mims and Lisa Smittcamp

  • Our social media campaign is doing very well!  Keep up the good work!

Buchanan Area – Currently focused on using their coaches to get information to their community.

Clovis North Area – The Clovis North Area is receiving more requests for yard signs over the last election.  Many families are asking more questions about the bond.
